| Q: | I'm having trouble installing and running QUICKCross on a machine using the Windows 98 & Windows 2000 operating systems. Why is this? |
| A: | Unfortunately, while testing the BETA version of QUICKCross 14, we discovered that it does not always work with Win98. There is a file (gdiplus.dll) missing in older Windows operating systems that prevents the program from functioning properly. This file is added during the installation, however the program still does not always function properly. Therefore, in future releases, we are only recommending that the program be run on newer Windows operating systems (WinXP, Vista, etc). |
